Guest speaker, Caleb Byerly shares a timely word on embracing the process of refinement. We live in the New Covenant, and God refines those that he loves with kindness and mercy. We can see it as a joy-filled process filled with promise, rather than punishment and struggle. If we pay attention to our words and actions the Lord will use them to reveal the state of our hearts. He can make us more like Christ as He redirects our thoughts and behaviors. Revival comes through hungry hearts who are desirous to reflect the character of God. When we choose to allow God to refine us, we make revival possible.
